This was a typical garage floor treatment.
First of all we grind the floor with a mechanical grinder to remove impurities, smooth out the surface and prepare it for the epoxy. Epoxy needs to mechanically bond to the surface. Acid etching or priming alone will never work.
Next we coat the floor with Elite Crete 100% solids pigmented epoxy. While wet we broadcast flakes to saturation and rejection.
The next day we sand the surface, clean up the excess flakes and coat with Elite Crete 100% solids clear epoxy.
Great floor that will last for generations.
