Working with our client, our studio created the design concept for this 5,500-square-foot custom-build home in Zionsville’s new Holliday Farms country club. We consulted extensively to source all selections for the build including the paint, masonry, flooring, lighting, and countertops, adding pretty pendants in the home bar for ambience and striking lighting above the stairway for dimension and visual interest.

We also sourced the room furnishings, decor, and window and wall coverings to convey a sophisticated Euro-inspired luxury living look. We chose a black vanity for the powder room to create a chic focal point. For the living room we used comfortable furnishings and a stone-clad fireplace for a cozy yet refined vibe. A bright and airy kitchen with stylish bar chairs provides a wonderful gathering place for warm family moments.
