This is a kitchen project we did for a client. The space had to remain close to the same size. We shifted the cabinets into the dining room by about 6" so we could accomplish a better layout. The countertop material was continued into the dining room to allow for a bar area and a place for serving.

The window was enlarged to create a better view and as to center it over the sink.

The cabinets are hickory, flooring is slate in the kitchen and laminate in the dining room, and the countertops are River Bordeaux granite.
