This was a home flip for a client. It was a relatively quick flip. Our client inherited this home when their father passed away. It had sat vacant for several years. Their father was a heavy cigar smoker and all the walls, carpet, ect. were covered with a thick tar residue. The walls had to be scrubbed and sanitized to remove the years worth of tar.

There was a partial wall that separated the kitchen from the living room with only a doorway. The wall was removed and the doorway closed up, creating an open and modern floor plan.

The room off the garage was finished off to create a home office or tv room. The cabinets were stripped, sanded down and painted. Crown was added to the upper cabinets. A center island with seating was added along with a tile backsplash. Laminate flooring was run throughout the main living area while the other rooms received fresh paint (after the walls were cleaned) and new carpet.

The bathroom was completely gutted and received new fixtures and vanity.
