Significant renovations and new interiors have transformed this suburban colonial home. A new addition adds an expanded chef’s kitchen, family room, mudroom, second floor master suite, and a basement playroom. Renovations were completed throughout the home to resize and add bedrooms, bathrooms and improve circulation. A rebuilt stair to the renovated third floor adds two new bedrooms and a bath. The new detached garage and landscape improvements complete the site.

Interior improvements take advantage of the abundant natural light, showcasing the client’s growing art collection and creating a cozy, yet composed atmosphere. The overall palette is grounded in shades of blue, complemented with deep wood tones, natural fabrics and metallic accents.
