As a vacation retreat, this single family home was nearly perfect for the new owners, save for some minor, but important improvements. The main gathering hub of the house, a combination kitchen, dining room and family room needed an upgrade in finishes while preserving the open layout and dramatic ocean views. All new cabinetry, finishes, lighting and a new island have a subtle beach-inspired theme and pair with the casual seaside elegance of the living room. The first floor den received added storage in a generous media/TV built-in and additional built-ins in the master suite include a custom headboard unit and an adjacent office/sitting room. All over paint and new furnishings were the finishing touch, making the home ready for endless summers.
