South End Condominium
Not too long after downsizing from a larger suburban house, our clients recognized that their condo could benefit from a fresh design perspective. Having just completed the lobby and common areas in the building, the LDa interiors team was brought on board to create a new, sophisticated look befitting the unit’s South End location.
Fundamental improvements included all new hardwood floors, a new custom Murphy bed and storage wall to create a multi-use guest room and office, and a completely renovated master bath. New paint for the entire condo provided a crisp background for the client’s significant art collection, which was carefully hung to complement the new rugs, furniture and accessories. The overall palette boldly mixes metals and textures, but the use of minimal color schemes creates an overall cohesive look.
