Ferndale North

We updated the kitchen and two bathrooms in this 1978 home in two phases.

The kitchen update included relocating the cooking from the island to the wall to allow for superior ventilation, adding a coffee station, a banquette and a floating wall desk.

The primary bathroom was opened up by removing a wall between the vanity and the toilet, switching to pocket doors, and enlarging the shower. New finishes provide a warm and inviting soft modern feeling.

The hall bathroom was updated within the original footprint with a new vanity, shower & tub, tile and accessories for a soft take on the classic black and white palette.
