Folsom Backyard Remodel

Rich & Sandy brought us back 7 years after remodeling their front landscape to complete a major remodel in their backyard. We left the upstairs deck & replaced the railing with new glass & cable railing, remodeled the existing pool and landscape that was very rustic and converted it all to a transitional contemporary style to match the front yard and home remodel. They can't stop reminding us how much they love and so do we! It is an example of integrating a free-form pool into a contemporary landscape with a little bit of "Asian Influence". We designed and commissioned some LED path lights with replaceable bulbs that we could not find anywhere else. Pool Time re-tiled the pool.

View from the upper deck. The tallest part of the concrete wall was 9' deep with a 6 foot fence on top. A lot of serious concrete footings and rebar!

The original Trex deck & stairs were modified to fit the new design and stainless steel cable railing and tempered glass panel railing replaced the older aluminum railing.

The BBQ area, dining table area and a 12' retractable umbrella serve the party well. Thanks to Rich & Sandy we have enjoyed some special times together with them and new friends.
