Land Park Front Remodel
This remodeled front entry was designed and installed in the mid 1980's.
The prestigious Land Park neighborhood has a distinctive cottage style with most of the homes built in the 1940's. We used the brick wainscoting on the front of the house was used to accent the new front walkway and create the circle planter. We revisited the project to take photos over 20 years later and the owner commented that she had not changed a thing in 20 years except the flowers in the annual bed. A well designed landscape should be sustainable and beautiful for decades with proper maintenance.
