This space was a large weed covered back yard in the unique Morgan Creek neighborhood. The owners gave us a list of desired elements they had in mind and we embellished to maximize the usasble space with the restrictions of a 20' rear drainage easement. We had to pull the pool & concrete close to the house so we separated the two main living spaces with a gorgeous pondless water feature you had to walk across from the outdoor living area to the pool. It was also the primary focal view from the interior family room windows. The rear 20' easement space left a beautiful space for a long narrow lawn area with a meandering tree & shrub border along the rear fence. One of our favorites!
