A major transformation of a Spanish Mediterranean home created a much more usable and larger home. On the main level a small bedroom and bathroom were torn out and combined with the existing kitchen area. This created a large open kitchen with an eating area that includes a wet bar. Two bedrooms and a bath were combined to make a master bedroom, bath and closet area. Downstairs the crawl space was excavated to make a large garage and add three bedrooms and baths. A wet bar was added to the reconfigured lower level family room. Brookhaven Cabinetry was used throughout the house.
