Brookhaven cabinets were selected to create a kitchen with a contrasting island island and a seating banquet area. Dual dishwashers on both sides of the farmhouse sink make for easy clean-up. Blue painted cabinets were selected for the island, which contains a rangetop and beautifully shaped stainless steel hood. The corners of the island were clipped, which makes the island look less imposing in size. A banquet was added in the former eating nook area, which makes more efficient use of space in this area.
