A balance between grace and the “wow factor” was the goal for this Scripps Ranch guest bathroom remodel. The layout and aesthetic are highlighted by the high quality of design and the functionality of this new floor plan. We gave this small guest bathroom a completely new modern look. We transformed it, making it a more relaxing space for the homeowner’s guests. This delightful bathroom includes a wall-mounted vanity, allowing for more storage space and giving the impression of a larger space. Our designer Luz Del Pozzo also incorporated a gorgeous encaustic tile accent wall, making it a breathtaking focal point. The new 12” x 36” white glossy tile in the shower makes for a beautiful frame around the shower niche, where the encaustic tile accent wall is replicated, adding interesting detail. Easy maintenance was the key to selecting the beautiful finishes and clean line materials. A round mirror was selected to balance the straight lines of the accent tile. The new glowing light fixtures complement the round mirror perfectly. This exquisite remodel completely met our client’s expectations, turning a formerly forgettable space into an attractive and unique guest bathroom.
