This small house with only 2 bedrooms & 1 bath is a classic example of frugal construction during the mid-century heyday. Very small but the bones of these homes were done very nicely because craftsmen and materials were easily available and affordable. It is our opinion that to tear out solid wood floors and classic tile work for cheap engineered floors or formica countertops is just simply a crime. We stayed with as much original material as possible to make this a revived home from another era gone bye. This was truly a project well appreciated by Architects of Change and the owner Mr. Gans
