When Roger Ma contacted us to help out his client who just closed escrow on this condo, we didn't realize the situation was a unique one. The owner is a young & talented single woman currently working in Afghanistan. She purchased it sight unseen and did the whole transaction online. Furthering the project to achieve her goal of converting this to a contemporary New York style loft or Flat as they say, she had us work on this project also entirely online from this war torn country. WOW! What a gal! A former US Marine and now working in very dangerous conditions for a US contractor, she wanted to make a new start here in San Diego from her native New York. Her father being a contractor back east, wanted to help but he raised a very talented and independent daughter. You did a nice job Dad! This is near completion so many photos showing the whole process will be posted soon so come back to visit in a few weeks.

Update: The condo is now finished and it will be rented very soon. I expect that a very nice family will enjoy it! Came out beautiful!
