This project is currently ongoing as of July 2013. Budgets many times are the determining factor for scheduling work. As anyone would understand and has probably experienced, doing one job at a time to achieve a complete remodel is usually the norm. When living in the home while the work is being done, this can become rather hectic but with no other options due to finances, this has become commonplace.
This condo belongs to a young single lady who spends most of her time teaching disabled & challenged children. Hats off to her for her patience and tenacity to stay in such a profession.
