Not all projects are big deals. The majority of our work is to just fix the small immediate affordable problems....like this one for example. This is part of a duplex rental at the beach in San Diego, California. Only a block from the ocean with sweeping views out the back balcony. Very, very nice for a rental and very California in it's lifestyle. So when the owner had the kitchen remodeled a few years back, where did the idea of dishwashing in the sink come from? The challenge was to add a dishwasher to the existing decor without tearing up the kitchen and finding a place for that darn new cooking device called .... a microwave.
