Gentleman's Condo

This penthouse was almost move in ready... but needed a bit of refining with some paint, new lighting fixtures, new furnishings & accessories to make this space feel like home for my client. Key pieces that instantly added personality, interest & whimsy are the "steamer trunk" coffee & side tables that are reminiscent of years gone by... along with platinum plated 'fish" wall sculptors that seem to swim happily about the over sized TV. The color scheme of rust, green & creams compliment the Cherry hardwood floors & kitchen cabinets & was also incorporated into the home office custom desk & Murphy bed. The Master bedroom has a striking silver metallic & black filigree wallpaper that adds drama & is the perfect backdrop to the ebony stained headboard & antiqued platinum finished night tables & TV stand. A restful Wedgewood blue is introduced in the bed linens which is carried into the ensuite using towels & accessories for a cohesive look between the 2 spaces..
