"Twin" Penthouses Transformed

This penthouse was once 2 "Twin" penthouses customized to make one large family home that allowed for space to entertain family & friends. A neutral palette of chocolate, gold, cream & accents of earthy rust keep the home feeling warm & inviting even on cooler Vancouver days. The West wing incorporates plenty of space for entertaining & a luxurious master retreat...while the East wing incorporates 2 home offices, family room, Den/study, bedrooms & laundry. A unique feature not seen in condo living is the custom wine cellar with entry through a glass trap door off one of the home offices. There is plenty of outdoor living space dressed with an outdoor kitchen & fire pits to offer perfect gathering places as weather permits.
