Once a beige on beige box of a space, this small scale condo is the first home for a young adult gentleman that wanted a place to call home and that was inviting, colorful and most importantly comfortable. His favorite color is blue, so two "Feature" walls were incorporated to give the space some personality & interest. The generous sectional couch offers plenty of space for friends and family to hang out, while the electric fire place unit adds warm, ambiance and anchors the over sized TV for viewing pleasure. The glass eating bar was the perfect alternative for dining since there was a shortage of space for a proper dining table. The bedroom and bathroom incorporates the same color scheme as throughout to introduce a cohesive look that helps to expand the small space visually. Although this condo lacks square footage, it does not lack personality or comfort.
