Trendy Townhouse Update
This townhouse was dated, did not have the color scheme that inspired my clients & was in need of some much needed tender loving care. New wider plank hardwood in an taupe was laid throughout the upper & lower floors.
The kitchen was completely gutted to make way for a fresh new kitchen incorporating a sophisticated gray-taupe shaker cabinet & hard-working quartz counter top and splash. In the dining room the same cabinets were incorporated to offer much needed storage & the counter top serves as a buffet when needed. Staircase spindles were replaced with glass & brushed nickel rail to bring in a contemporary & clean aesthetic to the space. A new linear fireplace in the living room replaced an old unit & was placed in a higher position for optimal viewing from various points within the living and dining rooms. The new renovated bathrooms cabinets are in the same gray-taupe stain but a slab door was incorporated to give a more streamlined appeal. The bathroom color schemes where kept neutral for a timeless look and help to make the spaces peaceful & spa like.
