This is the 1980's split foyer we started with, untouched since it was built almost 35 years ago.

The new barrel vault front porch. New concrete pad and sidewalk with fiberglass columns and Azek headboard, ceiling and Azek trim. A new front door was also installed.

The new finished front. New sidewalk leading to the new front porch and new front door. All new vinyl cedar shake siding and board and batten shutters. And a new roof on top of it all.

The side of the house with the new sunroom addition and rear porch completed. A new basement door was installed and the Andersen windows were ordered with a custom grid pattern.

Interior of the finished sunroom. Vaulted ceiling with matching Andersen windows in the vaulted area. New Mountain Ash flooring and painted trim to match the remaining house.
