Johnsville Road Kitchen

This project was to update a 1980's designed kitchen and open the kitchen area up to the family room to create a great room feel. One wall was removed and one wall was relocated during the project. The existing natural gas service had to be upgraded to allow for a new five burner cooktop.

The stainless steel refrigerator is enclosed with finished end panels. The Lakeview cabinets are stained in Grey Mist. Simple crown moulding and light rail detail finish out the cabinetry.

The monster almost 8'x4' island houses the dishwasher and single bowl stainless steel sink with a Delta Lahara faucet. The garbage disposal is operated by a stainless steel air switch to the right of the faucet.

Great picture of the entire space. The wall that separated the kitchen and family room was removed to create a great room feel. The wall where the couch now sits was pushed back 3' to line up with the refrigerator wall. This gave the owners the bigger family room they always wanted.
