Pershing Place

A whole house remodel that we completed at the end of 2013. New exterior upgrades, from roofing to windows and siding to shutters. The interior was totally updated, all new bathrooms to a new kitchen and countertops. Plus all new floors and paint.

This was the before photo of a whole house remodel project we completed.

The exterior was completely redone. New roof, siding and shutters, new front door, garage doors and exterior trim work. Plus the damaged concrete drive was replaced with a new asphalt driveway. Also new Andersen replacement sashes were put in.

The new remodeled kitchen. With Lakeview cabinets and granite top. The bulkheads were removed to give move room for taller wall cabinets. All new wood flooring was installed as well.

The shower trim with a separate hand held unit in satin nickel finish. The shower has a granite corner trey that matched the granite counter on the vanity.

The old basement needed to be updated. The paneling and stippled ceiling had to go.
