Stratton

Four renovations, the first was updating the hall bathroom. New tub, vanity, toilet and tile.
The second was a master bathroom renovation. That entailed combining the existing closet and bathroom to make one dream master bathroom.
The third was a kitchen/sunroom addition on the rear of the house.
The fourth was a complete renovation to the existing finished basement.

The new jetted tub is wrapped in tile and has cabinet doors on the face to allow for access and match the vanity cabinets.

The owner gave us a picture of the shower she wanted and she got what she wanted. The shower has a seat, Delta shower system with an additional hand held shower. The shower door is frameless and stepped to match the shower design.

The master vanity has a granite top with two under mount sinks and Delta faucets. The mirror is framed with matching trim to compliment the vanity.

The dressing table covers the stairway ceiling down to the first floor, which is why it is not open underneath the drawer. The pantry cabinet acts as a linen closet for the remodeled master bathroom.

The hall bathroom was remodeled as well. It has a new tub with tile surround and matching tile wainscoting on the walls. a new Toto toilet and new vanity with Corian top.

To hide some columns and drain pipes and keep an open feel, we created a pass through from the bar into the family room area.
