A two tone kitchen remodel with custom hood vent and two level island.

Black wall and base cabinets along with a few custom trim pieces and a double layer granite top come together to give this corner a built-in hutch look.

The other built in hutch cabinet. Also the shelving between the hutch and stained wall cabinets had to be fabricated on site to fit into the tight area formed by the two cabinets.

The two level island made with two different colored cabinets and two different colors of granite. The island has its own bookshelf and a custom stainless steel lined hood.

The refrigerator gets a built-in look with applied panels and another cabinet over the refrigerator for added storage. The pantry is made from two cabinets stacked on top each other and finished off with a two-piece crown moulding.

A look at the kitchen from the dining area. The five windows over the sink area let a lot of natural light in to the kitchen. The kitchen also has two dishwashers with wood panels for a hidden look, one on each side of the sink.

The end of the kitchen houses a flat panel television, stainless steel microwave and hidden below the microwave is a warming trey with a wood panel applied to give it a stealthy look. Also you can see one of the two stainless steel wall ovens for this kitchen.

One of the cool custom touches in this kitchen is the pull out mixer stand that is hidden in a base cabinet in the island. Plugged in and ready to start mixing when you need to use it.
