Hallmark Addition

This is the view before we added the addition onto this home. We bumped out the kitchen from the door ahead.
Kitchen Addition
The laundry closet was awkward to use due to the bi-fold doors and uneven floor. The cabinetry was also difficult to get into.

We removed the cabinetry that was above the washer/dryer and replaced it with open shelving. the bi-fold doors were replaced with french swing doors, and the new flooring makes access to the drawers easy.

The addition starts where you see the beam in the ceiling. A patio door was added for their outdoor living access, skylights bring in tons of light.

Where once the living room was separated from the kitchen, now the wall is opened up and part of the action.
