This room is where the homeowners spent a lot of time enjoying the view of their acreage. They wanted to expand it and integrate it with the rest of the living area.

This is what the sunroom looked like before we added on. Notice where the door is.

This is looking from the living area towards the sunroom. We had a lot of ceiling slopes to work with, and part of the project was adding a new beam as we added the new sunroom.

The project extended to the rest of the main floor where we updated bathrooms and removed wallpaper. Here is the hall bath before we got started.

Here we look from the new sunroom into the living room. The beam we installed is over the doorway on the left and extends over the stairway just out of view on the left.
