Historic Renovation | Naglee Park

This gorgeous Transitional Craftsman in the Naglee Park neighborhood of San Jose has the charm and detail of an old house with a barely-guess-it's-not-original remodel of an unpermitted addition built by a previous owner. During the remodel, it was discovered that part of the foundation was bearing on... a tree stump! The home required a full foundation replacement.
