Modern Craftsman | Santa Clara

A partial remodel and additions transformed this modest Ranch home into a gracious and welcoming Modern Craftsman. Bright interiors feature warm woods, skylights and thoughtful details.
Project Year: 2022
Varied setbacks to the front of the house create layers that invite further investigation. Black is adeptly used on the low metal fence, windows, trim and hardware to highlight thoughtful details. Wall sconces are sized in proportion to their locations and add another element of repetition.
