Most homes will undergo one major renovation during a homeowner’s tenure, others may take a more multi-phase approach to achieve the vision. In this case, our clients came to us with an ambitious wish list that would transform their home into an expansive, yet warm and inviting retreat where they could entertain large groups of friends and family. They looked to remodel the existing pool cabana which now includes a new kitchen, bathroom, new trellis structures, new audio/visual system throughout structure and grounds for maximizing entertainment quality, along with a new bar and tv area. The newly expanded seating area of the pool cabana was achieved by removing the large double-sided fireplace that divided two main gathering areas.
