Our clients love to entertain friends and family at their breathtaking home overlooking beautiful Emerald Cove in Laguna Beach. They wanted spaces to comfortably enjoy the cool fresh ocean air and take in the sunset. The project consisted of upgrading some design features in the living and dining room, decorative wood beams in the vaulted ceilings, a new ocean view deck with full outdoor kitchen and fireplace, an additional observation rooftop deck and master bedroom upgrades.

Beachside properties are unique in that they require special care when selecting materials. Every material in this project is durable and specially fabricated to withstand the salt water in the air.
