Indiantown Island

Inside, it is all classic Maine Cottage with a central gathering room with identical extensions on either side bracketed by two fireplaces. Fir strip flooring, trim and wainscot with local stone make a winning combination. In the bathroom, a sunken tub surrounded by radiant fir and marble quietly beckons a restful respite. Sea glass colors among contemporary appliances and pendant lighting set off the rich honed granite and butcher block counter tops in the kitchen. The wall-to-ceiling glass brings stunning ocean views in. The project was an engineering and logistical triumph—a tribute to a well organized team impassioned by the challenge!
