Master Bedroom Closet

What's lurking in your closet? How much of it really doesn't belong there? Are there clothing items you forgot about or haven't worn in years? This master closet had become a drop zone for items like photos, décor and keepsake that needed a better home. Stacks of clothes that didn’t stay stacked and shoes scattered on the floor made this closet look messy and made it difficult for the homeowner to get dressed in the morning.

We got rid of a good bit of clothing and placed the things we kept in bins. He wanted to see his clothes, so we put them in more open containers. She wanted her things concealed, so we gave her full sized bins. We were able to free up enough space on her side to store her handbags within easy reach. Shoe racks on the floor keep shoes in order and looking nice. We repurposed baskets found in other places in the home and used those for storing bed linens and other items to give keep them neat. Hooks were installed for hanging hats and some of her jewelry.

This closet went from messy and cluttered to tidy and organized with just a couple of hours of decluttering, re-homing items that didn't belong, and adding a few new storage bins, baskets and hooks. Now selecting an outfit for the day is a quicker, more enjoyable process.

I can help you get your closet in shape without spending a lot of money. Schedule a consultation and we’ll find a solution that works for you.
