This Phoenix ADU was thoughtfully designed for a young family who wanted to create a welcoming, independent living space for their grandmother—right in their own backyard. The challenge: design a compact yet comfortable home that honors their love for mid-century modern design while blending seamlessly with the main residence.

We incorporated signature mid-century elements like clean lines, warm wood tones, and minimalist finishes. The exterior was custom-built to match the architecture of the existing home, maintaining visual cohesion across the property. Inside, the space includes an open-concept kitchen and living area, a full bath, in-unit laundry, and private entry—perfectly suited for independent daily living while staying close to family.
