Modern Mansion

Key member of the development team that designed, built and furnished a 7,600 sf custom estate on a one acre lot on the fairway in a private country club in Rancho Mirage, CA.

Interior Design: Complete interior and exterior design of the home. Selected all interior and exterior hard and soft surfaces including paint colors, wall stone and tile, counter tops, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, base, case and crown moldings, plumbing fixtures, and appliances. Designed all kitchens and cabinetry, custom built-ins and fireplace surrounds, interior and exterior furnishings and artwork.

Purchasing: Sourced and purchased all finish materials and furnishings for the home.

Installation Management: Created all detailed construction drawings for the home and supervised all key trades during installation on site.

Modern Mansion
There is nothing quite like sunset in the desert. This room is the perfect place for dinner entertainment. We chose a simple, rustic dining table and high back chairs. The french limestone floors carry from inside to outdoors creating and expansive and continuous feel to the space.

We designed the kitchen with two enormous islands that are over 16' long each. The appliances are Viking, Wolf and SubZero with panel fronts. There are custom stainless steel undermount sinks, KWC faucets, and a large walk in pantry.

A home this size needs a large laundry room and second kitchen. We combined the two, next to a maid's quarters and with a door to the exterior so that outside help could enter quietly and perform household duties without disturbing the family and guests.
