Rangeview - North Tustin

Rangeview is a major rennovation project done in partnership with Newport Coast Capital Group. The team purchased an extremely dated 1950's California ranch style home with 7' 6" ceilings, tiny rooms and original finishes. Bauer Design Group completely redesigned the home's interior and exterior. Some of the major changes included raising the ceilings throughout the home, opening up the floor plan, and modernizing every surface. Our services included as built plans, new floorplans, 3D renderings of all the entire interior and exterior demonstrating the design concepts, detailed construction drawings for all the interior and exterior details, landscape and hard scape design, purchasing and construction management of the design finishes. This room was the formal dining room. We raised the ceilings from 8' to 14' and added the contemporary bi-fold doors to create a muti-functional space that can be used as a formal dining room, home office, game room or even an additional bedroom.

The home sits on 1/2 acre flat, so the functional back yard living and entertaining area is expansive. We added in multiple french doors to make the yard accessible from almost every room in the home, and completely redid the pool and patio areas to make them more functional and beautiful.

When we design, we take into account the entire home, inside and out. The exterior of this home was underwhelming. We designed dormers and a grand arched entry to make the front entry and facade of the home very inviting.
