This Modern SoCal home needed 911 curb appeal and space to entertain. The goals were simple: Low maintenance, drought tolerant, colorful, and lots of places to grow food. In addition to attracting pollinators, we planted Lemon, Lime, Arbutus, Avocado, Passion fruit, several varieties of salvias along with multiple shade trees and colorful CA friendly plants.
