Sustainable and Maintainable
This large corner property had antiquated irrigation and mostly dead and dying grass. The owners wanted to make their yard an entertainment haven without breaking the bank or the environment. Some of the materials we used were: DG, AZ Flagstone, Redwood, and gravel to create pathways, play areas, an outdoor dining room, in addition to a cozy fire pit and lounge area. The yard was then surrounded by large planting beds that include a wide variety of California friendly plants, that will be both disease and drought tolerant. The old irrigation system was replaced with a low pressure drip system. All covered with a 2" layer of mulch.
