This home owner embarked with us on a "pull and replace" kitchen remodel meaning everything was taken out and put back in its place. No major layout configurations were made. The previous kitchen was out of style and dark; full of outdated backslash tile, dark cabinets, dark cabinets, dim lighting, and large square tile floors with visible grout that made the kitchen seem older than it actually was. By replacing the outdated material with fresh, light, and bright materials, we were able to give this kitchen the light it was missing.
