Situated on the Las Campanas golfing green, the Plaza Molleno house opens to expansive views and showcases immaculate finishes. This home was a distinct challenge as the foundation had been poured by another builder and some adobe walls had been erected. When that builder abandoned the project, Tierra Concepts was brought in to work with architect Ted Turner in order to reinvigorate the project.

After resolving existing infrastructural and engineering issues left by the original builder, we applied an exacting approach to assessing the best possible course, implementing disciplined project management and using the highest quality finishes to complete a project that both Tierra Concepts and the eventual new owner could be proud of. As with many projects, we built the doors and cabinetry in house to ensure quality control and fitment. Plaza Molleno has a distinct stone entry with a sturdy hand-built door, which is consistent with our belief that every house should be distinguished with a unique entry. The landscaping and extensive terracing, designed by Tierra Concepts, is visible through large window walls, with the golf course beyond.
