Primary Improvement

A second floor primary bathroom was in need of improvement. Our clients were anxious for a larger shower, better storage and a fresh coastal flair while maintaining two sinks and a tub. The I'On home retains it's Charleston style with stylish modern touches.

The primary bath was renovated to improve the layout and increase the size of the shower. There is a soaking tub, dual vanities and glass block floods the shower with natural light.
Primary Improvement for an ensuite bath!
The dual vanity feels like furniture with the detailed counter. There is additional storage on the left and right of the two sinks.

The former layout included a tiny shower. The new tiled shower has nearly doubled in size and the straight stacked tile adds modern flair.

A rain-shower head on an extension arm is paired with an adjustable hand-held spray.

Towel hooks are located within arms reach of the shower.

The primary bath is accessed from the main bedroom via frosted French doors. This allows for natural light to filter in, but provides privacy as well.

The cantilever bench in the shower is nestled in the corner and a niche was added for shampoo, soap, etc.

The cross handle faucets are easy to operate, even with wet slippery hands.

Palm frond wallpaper is an easy-care vinyl grass cloth. It looks like natural fiber, but well-suited for bathrooms.
