The client, a young couple with two children, wanted to have an open kitchen and dining/living area, perfect for today’s lifestyle. The original scope of the project called for top of the line materials, custom cabinetry and all the bells and whistles. The clients carefully considered the appropriate remodel investment amount, keeping the future resale of the home in mind.
