Complete renovation of North-facing rear foundation to resolve drainage and related issues. Solution included installation of a dry creek bed, patio enclosure, decorative block columns and seating walls capped with natural stone, and a combination paver and flagstone walkway that bridges the dry creek bed and provides access from the fence gate to the basement level patio, deck steps and pool deck.
