Traditional Front Entry Makeover (2016 - 2019)

Front entry landscape makeover on corner lot with circular driveway, including front porch demolition and reconstruction, complete renovation of front foundation landscape and driveway border, and property line privacy enhancement. Property corner lot with circular driveway. Photos before, after, and 3 years post-installation. Landscape renovation was completed in 2016, and this client won Yard of the Month for Brookfield Country Club in June 2019 (photos added).

Old, overgrown junipers and diseased Crape Myrtles blocked view of the house and front entry. Overgrown, 30 year old hollies in the foundation bed partially blocked the full-length windows. No color in the landscape.

Dated brick front stoop and entry walk was too small in proportion to the rest of the house. Urn container needed to be larger and have a mate. High-maintenance holly "meat balls" flanking the front stoop overpowered the front stoop and blocked the windows.
