Revitalized Rambler

The Owners, retired and veterans of developing residential projects with nearly two dozen projects between them, were introduced to our firm by the general contractor after the architect-of-record was deemed non-responsive to issues raised by the local building authority regarding design entitlements.

Construction had only recently started, so our first efforts revolved around recreating the appropritate drawings to work with the building official to resolve the design in accordance with the municipal ordinance. Once the Town's approval was obtained, we worked closely with the Owner, Builder and Interior Designer to develop the design - producing studies and renderings for the Owner's review / feedback and completing the architectural drawings with the sufficient level of detail required by the Builder.

The Owners' hands-on approach was critical to the success of the project and integral to the team-approach that resulted in an iterative design / build process that allowed the builder to resume momentum on the project and complete the project with minimal delays and cost overruns.
