Our client needed to get her townhome on the market so she could move to Atlanta, Georgia. Her home was in no state to sell - especially not in the two month time frame her contract from the Atlanta realtor allotted. As a team, Gramophone came in and added square footage, updated "out of code" areas, and gave her whole townhome a facelift with upgrades that would attract buyers! We completed the whole renovation in less than a month, and concluded with furniture and accessories that we sold the client, as well as a full staging. All the furniture we sold the client will transfer beautifully to her new home as well.
