Project Completion Date: 1998

Our design for this Shingle Style home sites the cottage atop a massive ledge outcropping. The interior and exterior spaces are arranged to take advantage of the sun as it moves from east to west through the sky.

The main living space includes a large bay window that offers sweeping views of the surrounding woods and Casco Bay. A screened sleeping porch off the second floor master bedroom, offers an ideal retreat for an afternoon nap.

The exterior palette includes, white cedar shingles and locally sourced fieldstone.
