A true collaboration between Kristen Elizabeth Design and our clients is brought to life after years of meticulous work sourcing materials, discovering hidden gems and uncovering antique finds. Rustic Mediterranean is a Northern California treasure bringing European influence to this stately hillside landscape. Rich in character, our clients ardor for authentic pieces sent them on many cross country adventures to find uniquely historic elements. Each piece telling a story of the past was the bedrock of our inspiration. In partnership we ensured the architecture and design scheme painted a picture that weaves the old world with the new and pays homage to the art it withholds. Touches of clean lines mixed with soft hues and blending textures were our way of adding intrigue and warmth to the natural hues of the European architecture. Our clients wanted shared spaces for gathering but also individual getaways that reflected each ones own styles and personalities. By marrying the aesthetics we were able to find harmony between each persons’ style and the overall disposition of the home. Proud is an understatement for how we feel about this completed design.
